Sweet Potatoes with Brown Sugar and Butter

Ingredients

Sweet Potatoes – desired amount

Butter

Brown Sugar

Directions

Peel and slice desired amount of sweet potatoes. Cover with water, and dash of salt. Cook till almost tender.

Drain. Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and several slices of butter.

Bake at 400 degrees about 30 minutes. Watch closely. Remove from oven when some liquid/butter still remains.
